French Laundry veteran Erik Ostman came to Philly to open this specialized breakfast and brunch spot in Fishtown. There’s breads from Lost Bread Co., coffee from Rival Bros., excellent pancakes, homemade monkey bread, crab melts, house-cured lox and the Dinosaur Egg.
I was wowed by a breakfast burrito special and the phenomenally irresistible monkey bread, whose pull-apart loaf comes with a spoon to bathe it in a puddle of hot salted caramel.
